Multidisciplinary medical centre

Outpatient medical centre in the heart of Geneva: a fast site with online appointment booking.

Context

It is an outpatient medical centre opened in 2024 in the heart of Geneva, as an extension of the aesthetic medicine clinic. It offers general and specialist medicine, an analysis laboratory and a vaccination area.

Challenge

Launch a brand-new centre with a clear, reassuring and fast website that helps patients understand the range of care and book an appointment without friction.

What I put in place

  1. Site built on the multi-site platform, optimised for Core Web Vitals.

  2. Patient-oriented architecture: services, laboratory, vaccination, contact.

  3. Integration of online appointment booking via OneDoc.

  4. Geneva local SEO (NAP, structure, markup).

  5. Eco-responsible design.

A site designed with the centre’s team

The centre was opening its doors; the site had to be ready the same day, with a readable care offer. I worked with the management and the front desk to set the architecture: services, laboratory, vaccination, contact. Each page answers a question patients ask on the phone, which lightens the front desk from day one.

Booking without friction

Appointments go through OneDoc, embedded in the site’s pages rather than pushed to an external link. The patient picks a doctor and a slot without leaving the page. The phone number stays visible everywhere for people who prefer to call.

A technical base that holds

The site runs on the multi-site platform I operate daily: static pages, optimised images, schema.org markup (MedicalClinic, opening hours, address). The team updates hours, doctors and services itself, online, with a preview before publishing. Performance 98/100 on mobile, technical SEO 100/100.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to launch a medical centre’s website?

A few weeks, aligned with the opening date. Content (services, team, hours) takes the most time; I prepare it with the team while the technical base is built.

Can the centre’s team edit the site?

Yes. Hours, doctors, services and news are edited online, with a preview before publishing. No technical intervention is needed for these routine changes.

How is online booking integrated?

Through OneDoc, embedded in the site’s pages. The patient picks the doctor and the slot without leaving the site; the front desk keeps its usual agenda.

Does the site comply with medical communication rules?

The content is limited to presenting services, the team and practical details, with no promise of results and no comparison. Patient data does not pass through the site: booking is handled by OneDoc.

What is the site’s performance score?

98/100 mobile performance, 98 accessibility, 100 best practices and 100 technical SEO, measured with PageSpeed Insights. The scores hold because pages are static and images optimised.
