When to run an SEO audit
When the site does not rise on the searches that matter to you, when traffic drops, before a redesign or a change of addresses, or before writing new content. A badly prepared change of addresses loses positions you had earned: that is when an audit costs the least.
What the audit covers
Technical
Indexing, mobile speed, addresses, redirects and error pages: what stops Google from reading your site.
Searches and pages
What your customers actually type, measured and compared with the pages of your site: what is missing, what competes.
Local presence
Google Business Profile, the same contact details everywhere, pages per municipality or area when your business needs them.
GEO: AI assistants
What ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini say about you, and what helps them cite you: consistent facts, marked-up FAQ, llms.txt.
What you receive
A written report: each problem with the page concerned, what it costs you and the proposed fix, ranked from the most to the least rewarding. Figures are dated and their source is given. Then a call to go through it together and answer your questions.
How it works
You give me read access to Search Console if you have it. Otherwise, I start from what is public.
Pages, searches, technical health, local presence and AI assistants.
Problems ranked, with what to fix first.
We go through the report together. You decide who fixes what: your teams, your provider or me.
What the audit does not promise
No one can guarantee the first page of Google. The audit tells you what is blocking and what is most likely to move your site forward, measured before and after.
Frequently asked questions
What does an SEO audit contain?
Technical health, searches compared with your pages, local presence and your site’s place in AI assistants’ answers. Ongoing work belongs to SEO and GEO in Geneva.
Do I need to give access to Search Console?
It is not required, but it is the most reliable source: real searches, pages seen, positions. Read access is enough.
Can you fix what the audit finds?
Yes, if you wish. Fixes can also be made by your teams or your provider: the report is written for that.
What about accessibility?
That is a separate audit, for people with disabilities and the European Accessibility Act: web accessibility audit.
Is your site not rising?
Tell me which site it is; I will get back to you within 24 working hours.
