Through the contact form: your first name, last name, e-mail, and whatever you choose to add (phone, company, organisation size, subject, format, time slots, message).

To limit abuse, an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address is stored with the request. The IP address itself is not kept.

Only to reply to you and follow up on your request. Your data is not sold, not passed to third parties for commercial purposes, and not used to train any AI model.

The site and its database are hosted by Amazon Web Services, in the Paris region (European Union). A copy of your request is sent to me by e-mail.

Each request is deleted automatically 24 months after it is sent, or sooner if you ask.

Lumineth Hub is the administration area I give my clients to manage their website. A client may choose to connect their Google account to it, to manage their Google Business Profile and to see the Google searches that lead to their site (Google Search Console). They give consent on Google’s own screen and can withdraw it at any time.

What the Hub reads or changes, only for the client’s own profiles and sites:

• Google Business Profile: the list of their business profiles, their information (name, address, opening hours, description), posts, reviews and review replies, and profile performance figures;
• Google Search Console: search queries, clicks, impressions and positions for their site.

What for: only to show this information to the client in their Hub and to do what they ask (publish a post, update opening hours, reply to a review). Nothing is published without their action.

What is never done: Google data is not sold, not used for advertising, not passed to third parties, and not used to train any AI model. No one reads it except at the client’s request (support), for security, or where the law requires it.

Where and for how long: the authorisation given by Google is stored encrypted on the Hub’s servers (Amazon Web Services, Paris region). Google data shown in the Hub is kept while the account stays connected. When the client disconnects their Google account in the Hub, or removes access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, the authorisation is deleted immediately and the Google data is erased within 30 days. They can also ask for deletion at contact@lumineth.ch.

Lumineth Hub’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

A client may also connect their Instagram professional account or Facebook Page to Lumineth Hub, to publish their news from the Hub. They give consent on Meta’s own screen and can withdraw it at any time.

What the Hub receives, only for the client’s own accounts: an access authorisation, basic account information (name, ID, profile picture) and, if the client turns statistics on, the reach and engagement of the posts published from the Hub.

What for: only to publish what the client asks for and to show them the figures of their own posts. Nothing is published without their action.

What is never done: Meta data is not sold, not used for advertising, not passed to third parties, and not used to train any AI model. No one reads it except at the client’s request (support), for security, or where the law requires it.

Where and for how long: the authorisation is stored encrypted on the Hub’s servers (Amazon Web Services, Paris region). Meta data is kept while the account stays connected. When the client disconnects the account in the Hub, or removes Lumineth Hub in their Facebook settings, the authorisation is deleted immediately and the Meta data is erased within 30 days. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@lumineth.ch. I reply within 30 days at most.

If you believe your data is not handled correctly, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
