Meta data deletion

Data protection

This page explains how to delete the data Lumineth Hub holds about your Facebook or Instagram account. What the Hub receives and why is described on the Privacy page.

Three ways to request deletion

  1. In the Hub: open Settings, Social networks, and click “Disconnect”. The authorisation is deleted immediately and the account data is erased within 30 days.
  2. In Facebook: open Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, and remove “Lumineth Hub”. I then receive Meta’s deletion request, and the data is erased within 30 days.
  3. By e-mail: write to contact@lumineth.ch, stating the Facebook or Instagram account concerned.

Confirmation

I confirm the deletion by e-mail. For any question: contact@lumineth.ch.
