Aesthetic medicine clinic

Premium aesthetic clinic in Geneva: redesign and contact journey.

Context

An aesthetic clinic in the heart of Geneva, specialising in aesthetic medicine and surgery of the face, body and intimate areas, as well as hair transplantation (FUE technique).

Challenge

Reflect the clinic’s premium positioning and medical dimension with a credible website and a smooth contact journey.

What I put in place

  1. Complete redesign on the multi-site platform, optimised for performance and mobile.

  2. Showcasing of the services (aesthetic, hair) and medical expertise.

  3. Geneva local SEO + content structure organised by treatment.

  4. Optimised contact / appointment journey.

A redesign run with the clinic

The previous site reflected neither the clinic’s positioning nor its medical dimension. I reworked the architecture with the management: one page per treatment (face, body, intimate, FUE hair transplant), a presentation of the doctors, a single contact path. The tone was set with the team: medical, precise, no promises.

Content structured by treatment

Each treatment has its page, with indications, the procedure, aftercare and frequently asked questions. This structure serves two audiences: the patient who compares, and the search and answer engines looking for a precise answer to a precise question.

Performance as the base

The site runs on the multi-site platform, static pages and optimised images. Performance 95/100 on mobile, technical SEO 100/100. The team edits text and images online; new treatment pages follow the same template.

Frequently asked questions

Why one page per treatment?

Because patients search for a treatment, not a clinic. A dedicated page answers their question, ranks for the matching search and can be cited by an answer engine.

Can the site grow when the clinic adds a treatment?

Yes. Treatment pages follow a template; the team creates the page, fills in the content and publishes after preview, with no technical intervention.

How was the contact path designed?

A single entry point: a short form (treatment of interest, preferred contact channel) and the phone number visible on every page. Requests reach the front desk, which calls back.

What are the measured results?

95/100 mobile performance, 98 accessibility, 100 best practices and 100 technical SEO, measured with PageSpeed Insights.
