The answer on the screen where you need it
Without leaving the screen
You ask your question in your own words, at the bottom right of the screen you are working on.
The guide cited
Every automatic answer shows its sources. You open the guide if you want the detail.
I take over
If no guide answers, the question reaches me. You are notified by e-mail and the answer appears in “My questions”.
Everything in one place
“My questions” and “My notes” keep the state of each request and my answer.
How it works
From a question to its answer, in two stages
-
You ask

The Hub protects
Phone numbers and e-mail addresses are masked before any processing.
Automatic masking -
Stage 1: the guides
A search through the Hub’s guides, without AI, with a readable score.
PHP search -
Stage 2: Claude
If the search is not enough, Claude answers from the passages found, with sources cited.

Relay to me
Answer uncertain: the question reaches me, and my reply waits for you in “My questions”.
E-mail · My questions
Under every automatic answer, two buttons: “That answers it” or “That doesn’t answer it”. If the model is unavailable or the cap is reached, the help continues with the guides alone, with no error message.
Technologies
Under the hood, piece by piece
First a search with no AI, then an AI model kept to the guides. Each component, and what it does for you.

Drafts a short answer from the guide passages found.
-
Provider
Anthropic API
The Hub calls the model directly, with no intermediary tool.
-

Finds the right guide without AI, with a score that can be explained.

-
Notes
“Note” button
Sends a change request, with the screen’s address attached.
This module’s AI: Claude Haiku 4.5, Anthropic’s model, called through the Anthropic API. It only steps in at the second stage and only answers from the guides it cites; when the answer is not certain, the question goes to me instead of a guess. Elsewhere in the Hub, Claude Sonnet suggests new titles and descriptions for Google every week, which a person accepts or declines.

Answers drawn from the guides, with me as a relay
Masked before sending
Numbers and e-mails are stripped from the question before the search and before the AI.
Kept to the guides
Checks verify that the answer rests on the guides it cites.
Passed on, not guessed
When the answer is not certain, the question reaches me instead of an approximate answer.
Spending capped
A cap and a circuit breaker limit calls to the model, with no retry loop.
The help stays open
If the model does not answer, the guide search carries on, with no error on screen.
Kept for 18 months
“My questions” keeps each one’s state: resolved, passed on, answered.
Frequently asked questions
What does the AI assistant do when it is not sure of the answer?
It does not guess. The question is passed on to me, the “Passed on” badge appears, and you are notified by e-mail when my answer is waiting for you in “My questions”.
Is this a chatbot for my site’s visitors?
No. The assistant is for the people who run the site, inside the Hub’s admin. Your visitors never see it.
Which AI model answers?
First a search through the guides, with no AI. If that is not enough, Claude Haiku 4.5, from Anthropic, called through the Anthropic API.
Is my data sent to the AI?
Phone numbers and e-mail addresses are masked before any processing. It is still best not to write customers’ names in the question.
What is the difference between “Help” and “Note”?
“Help” answers “how do I do this”. “Note” is for requesting a change or flagging an issue: the screen’s address is attached and I answer in “My notes”.
Where do I find my questions?
In “My questions”, under the “Help” menu, with each one’s state. They are kept for 18 months.
