Post to Facebook, Instagram, your newsletter and WhatsApp at once, from your own site

Lumineth Hub connects your site to the Buffer, Mailchimp and Google Business Profile APIs. You write an update once: it goes out to Instagram, Facebook, your Google listing and your newsletter, right away or at a chosen time. For your WhatsApp channel, the text is ready to paste.

One update, written once, published everywhere your customers follow you

One entry

Written once

Title, text, link and photo are reused by every destination. You can still adjust the text network by network.

Right format

Ready for every network

The photo is cropped to each network’s format. The character count is checked before sending, with the network’s limit alongside.

At the time you choose

Scheduled or queued

Right away, at a set date, or in your Buffer queue. The log shows you what has gone out.

From the calendar

One event, one update

Pick an event from your calendar: title, text and photo are already filled in.

How it works

The path of an update, from your screen to your subscribers

  1. You write

Title, text, link and photo, or an event picked from the calendar.

    Admin React · MySQL database
  2. You choose

You tick the destinations. Each card shows a preview and a character count.

    Per-network length limits
  3. The Hub prepares

The photo is cropped for each network, on the server.

    PHP · GD
  4. The Hub sends it

Each destination goes out through its own channel.

    • Instagram, FacebookBuffer API
    • Google listingGoogle API
    • NewsletterMailchimp API
    • WhatsApp channelText to paste
  5. You follow up

Scheduled, sent, failed: the log checks the status back with Buffer.

    Log · delivery tracking

Anything scheduled goes out with the Hub’s scheduler, which runs every 5 minutes. A Google post is only marked “sent” once Google returns an identifier.

Technologies

Under the hood, piece by piece

The Hub calls the services you already know, directly. Your Buffer and Mailchimp accounts stay in your name: the Hub connects to them.

  • Networks

    Buffer API (GraphQL)

Publishes your posts to Instagram and Facebook, right away, queued, or at a chosen date.

  • Google

    Google Business Profile API

Publishes the update to your Google listing, at the scheduled time.

  • E-mail

    Mailchimp API 3.0

Prepares your newsletter campaign and passes new subscribers to your audience.

  • Images

    GD (PHP)

Crops and re-encodes the photo to the right format for each network.

  • Automation

    Hub scheduler

Runs every 5 minutes and sends out what is due.

  • WhatsApp

    Public WhatsApp link

Prepares the text and opens your channel in one click, no account to link.

On this module, your text goes out exactly as you wrote it. Lumineth Hub’s AI, Anthropic’s Claude models called through the Anthropic API, works in two places: the built-in help answers your questions from the guides, and SEO agents suggest new titles and descriptions for Google every week, which a person accepts or declines.

You stay in control of every send

Google listing

Never posted twice

Each post carries a unique fingerprint. If the network drops mid-send, nothing is replayed automatically: the post is flagged “to check”.

Newsletter

Sent by decision

A site administrator sends or schedules the newsletter, after a test e-mail and an on-screen confirmation.

Your subscribers

Addresses not kept

Once the address is passed to Mailchimp, the Hub does not keep it. It only keeps counters.

Sign-up

Double confirmation

Your site’s “Get the newsletter” window asks for an e-mail confirmation before signing anyone up.

Linked accounts

Connection locked down

Only your site’s super-user sets the link between the Hub and your networks.

Tracking

Every send tracked

Everything is logged. A failed send also appears on the tracking board, and I see it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I post to Facebook and Instagram at the same time from my site?

In your site’s admin, open “Post an update”, write your update, tick Instagram and Facebook, then click “Post”. The Hub sends both posts through the Buffer API, each with its cropped photo.

Does an AI write my posts?

No. The text that goes out is yours: the Hub only formats it for each destination. The Hub’s AI handles the built-in help and SEO suggestions.

Can I schedule an update for later?

Yes: right away, at a chosen date, or in your Buffer queue. For the Google listing, you pick a date and time at least 15 minutes ahead, and you can edit or cancel it as long as it has not gone out.

Do I need a Buffer or Mailchimp account?

Yes, in your own name. I connect the Hub to your accounts: your subscribers and post history stay with you.

How does the WhatsApp part work?

The Hub prepares the text of your update and a button opens your channel. You paste the text and post it yourself. No account or API to connect.

Who can send the newsletter?

Site administrators. An editor can prepare the update; an administrator sends it after a test e-mail.
