Web Design & UX Agency Geneva

Design & UX

Design that does more than look good: it guides, reassures and turns visitors into clients. Art direction and user experience crafted in Geneva, built on WebEdit to combine aesthetics with speed.

— The problem

Most websites look great in the shop window and disappoint the moment you use them. Confusing menus, journeys that loop back on themselves, copy that never states the next step, pages that stutter on mobile: the visitor hesitates, gets lost, then leaves for a clearer competitor. A beautiful visual is worthless if it doesn’t lead to an enquiry, a booking or an order. The issue is rarely the designer’s talent — it’s the missing conversion logic behind the design.

— Our solution

Our solution — design that converts

From UX research to launch, every design decision is made to serve your results.

01

UX research & journeys

We start with your clients: who they are, what they’re looking for, what makes them hesitate. We map the key journeys — from first visit to contact — to remove friction before a single pixel is drawn. Effective design starts with understanding, not with a colour.

02

Art direction & UI

We build a coherent visual identity: typography, colour, iconography, interface components. The result is distinctive, professional and, above all, readable: visual hierarchy guides the eye toward the intended action. Aesthetics in service of the message, never the other way around.

03

From design to WebEdit performance

The finest mockup is worthless if the live site is slow. We integrate the design directly on our WebEdit platform, which generates fast static pages with no fragile plugins. Visitors get a smooth experience — and Google rewards that speed in rankings.

04

Redesign & design system

Already have a site? We rethink it without starting over: audit of the existing site, redesign of the look and experience, and a system of reusable components that keeps everything consistent over time. You grow without every new page becoming a project.

Design in service of conversion

A website isn’t a work of art: it’s a commercial tool. We design every screen around a measurable goal — a quote request, a booking, a call. Visible calls to action, trust signals in the right place, short forms, an obvious path to contact: the design steers the visitor instead of leaving them to figure it out. That difference, invisible to the eye but decisive, separates a site people like from a site that earns.

Mobile-first, accessible and fast

Most of your visitors arrive on a phone, often on the move and in a hurry. So we design for mobile first: text readable without zooming, buttons within thumb’s reach, contrast that works for every pair of eyes. Accessibility isn’t an option, it’s a mark of seriousness — and it widens your audience. And it all stays fast, because a polished design that takes three seconds to appear has already lost half its visitors.

Good to know

What’s the difference between a redesign and a new website?+

A redesign builds on your existing site: we keep what works (content, structure, existing SEO) and rework the design, usability and experience. A new site is built from scratch, usually when the old one is technically outdated. We recommend the most cost-effective option after a free audit — often a redesign is enough to unlock results.

How long does a design & UX project take?+

It depends on the number of pages and the depth of the redesign. Focused design work on key pages takes a few weeks; a full redesign with a design system takes longer. We set a clear timeline at the first conversation, with visible milestones at each sign-off.

Do you work from my current website?+

Yes, and in most cases it’s preferable. We analyse your existing site, identify what’s holding conversion back and rethink the experience without discarding your history. If the technical base is too fragile, we’ll tell you plainly and propose the healthier alternative.

Bespoke design or template?+

Always bespoke. A template makes you look like thousands of other sites and rarely fits your real customer journeys. We design art direction unique to your brand, then a system of reusable components: bespoke to start, systematic flexibility thereafter.

Do you measure the design’s impact on results?+

Yes. A design is judged by its effects: time on page, bounce rate, number of enquiries or requests. We track these after launch and adjust what can be adjusted. Our logic stays the same from first sketch to reporting: design must produce concrete results.
