Who is responsible
Lumineth, independent practice in Geneva. For any question about your data: contact@lumineth.ch.
What is collected
Through the contact form: your first name, last name, e-mail, and whatever you choose to add (phone, company, organisation size, subject, format, time slots, message).
To limit abuse, an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address is stored with the request. The IP address itself is not kept.
Why
Only to reply to you and follow up on your request. Your data is not sold, not passed to third parties for commercial purposes, and not used to train any AI model.
Where and for how long
The site and its database are hosted by Amazon Web Services, in the Paris region (European Union). A copy of your request is sent to me by e-mail.
Each request is deleted automatically 24 months after it is sent, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@lumineth.ch. I reply within 30 days at most.
If you believe your data is not handled correctly, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
